2. What SpoonIndex's data is
The platform’s dataset is business information — restaurant brands, branches, menus, prices, and locations captured from public listings. It is not a repository of personal data.
3. Personal data we collect
Only what operating the service requires: (a) Account data — name, email, company, role and permissions, for authorized users we provision. (b) Contact requests — name, work email, company, optional phone, and your message, when you submit the Contact Sales form. (c) Session data — a secure, server-managed session cookie for signed-in users. Credentials are never prefilled or stored in the browser. (d) Operational logs — sign-ins, downloads, and administrative actions are logged for security and accountability.
4. What we don't do
No advertising or marketing cookies. No sale of personal data. No third-party analytics trackers on the platform. No profiling.
5. How we use it
To provide and secure access, respond to contact requests, audit exports and administrative activity, and improve the service.
6. Retention
Account and audit records are kept while an account or engagement is active and for 12 months after it ends, then deleted or anonymized. Contact-request records are kept 24 months from last interaction.
7. Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw a contact request at any time: Talalonlyworksa@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
8. Security
Access is permission-controlled and role-gated; sessions use secure server-managed cookies; exports are logged.
9. Changes
Updates are posted on this page with a revised date.
